  1. 寄件人需要到順豐有關系統上傳個人駕照或身分證明文件，所以資料會於包裹送達後24小時內永久刪除。

  2. 出貨日會改為每週二及四。

Question 1: Is Flaship SF Express same as the one in China and Hong Kong?

Yes, we are the offiial authorized reseller from SF Express International that providing parcels and document shipping services to different Asia countries. So you will be provided with one tracking number that can be used to track your delivery in SF official site since we manage the delivery all the way to the shipments in other countries.

Question 2: Do I need to bring my own box for delivery?

This is optional as you can bring your own box or parcel. We can also provide you the box with the cost of only $1-2 depending on the sizes.

Question 3: How to start shipping with us?

Bring your parcel or documents and simply visit our store at 8339 Kennedy Road, unit 2565, Markham, L3R 5T5 to ship!

Question 4: What can or cannot be shipped to Hong Kong?

We can ship any clothing, supplements, snacks, or any other electronics. However, anything contain alcohol (e.g. including hand sanitizer), cannabus, and ginseng etc. For full list please click here.
